Where we're based
David is based in Hampshire but is happy to travel throughout the UK and further if required.
How will meetings take place?
Meetings or mediations will take place at a venue to suit you and/or the situation. In some cases, a neutral venue is best and we can help to arrange this. Neutral venues may be preferable in cases such as where:
- employees do not feel comfortable coming onto work premises
- an employee has been suspended and the employer would prefer that he or she does not come onto work premises
- a mediation will take place and a more suitable environment can be found externally.
Online
David is very happy to conduct work using online meetings resources such as Microsoft Teams.
Most cases David deals with these days are online so the location of your workplace or witnesses is not generally a factor.
Travel costs
We don't charge for local meetings but will charge travel time and expenses for meetings which are not local. Further details can be provided on request and are set out in our terms of business if you decide to instruct David.
