We might have multiple engagements, or an engagement might warrant more than one person assigned to it, including an employment lawyer or an HR Director.
You will need to have significant experience, and we expect that you will have previously worked as an employment lawyer or held a position as an HR Director.
This will depend on the case and the client's needs. In some situations, we may require an extra pair of hands, perhaps from an employment lawyer, to assist with an investigation. In other cases, we may refer a piece of work to your business. Additionally, as an HR Director, you might consider establishing a referral arrangement with us so you can refer work to David.
